Hired into CTG (Centralized Translations Group) to provision
and troubleshoot Alcatel-Lucent 1A and 5ESS switches. Responsible
for AT&T local/long distance voice and data services. Later moved
to trouble tickets, which was a team of two people who take on any issues
that customers had inside the AT&T network. Reduced trouble ticket
times for the center. Later my department transitioned to AT&T
wireless (PCO Mobility). I was responsible for the testing and turning up of
cell sites. Which involved CNL’s, UNI’s and EVC’s. Also responsible for
training fellow co-workers. -
Provisioned NTE’s for AT&T’s 3G/4G network. -
Worked with field techs at cell-sites and Central Offices to
test and turn-up CNL’s, UNI’s and EVC’s. -
As PCO had to escalate and be in constant contact with all
involved in the circuit. -
Provisioned and maintained Lucent 5ESS and 1AESS switches. -
Responsible for troubleshooting errors in translations. Using
systems such as, but not limited to Access7 for SS7 tracing, NMA, Connect-VU -
Responsible for the routing and charging of POTS, 911,

Provisioned trunks using circuit design from TIRKS and getting
customer’s information from ASR’s. -

Troubleshoot porting issues with LNP database. -
Responsible for 911 reroutes using NMA when 911 PSAP goes
